RoofShield
RoofShield is our two-part program designed to assess, preserve, and report on the integrity of your roof system.
RoofShield is our two-part program designed to assess, preserve, and report on the integrity of your roof
system. We are licensed and certified to install and maintain most major roof systems on the market today.
All work will be performed by our certified roofing technicians, as required by all major roofing
manufacturers. In addition, all major manufacturers require the owners of all warranted roofs to have their
warranted roofs inspected and maintained annually to keep the warranty terms and conditions intact.
RoofShield is a unique program in that ACG delivers all relevant records directly to the warranted roofing
manufacturer. These records will include but are not limited to: the warranty document, maintenance
inspection reports, repairs made to the roof system, and invoices for work performed on the roof system.
All roofs will age and wear with time, resulting in a number of roof system deficiencies. If not remedied,
these deficiencies can result in extensive damage or catastrophic failure of the roof system. Our
RoofShield program will identify and address these deficiencies to preserve and extend the serviceable life
of your roof and protect your investment in your facility.
Our annual RoofShield program which includes two inspections per year, will proceed as follows:
